What the authority requires
- A permit for self-employment may be granted where there is an economic interest or a regional need, where the activity is expected to have positive effects on the economy, and where the financing is secured by your own capital or by a credit commitment.
Einem Ausländer kann eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis zur Ausübung einer selbständigen Tätigkeit erteilt werden, wenn 1. ein wirtschaftliches Interesse oder ein regionales Bedürfnis besteht, 2. die Tätigkeit positive Auswirkungen auf die Wirtschaft erwarten lässt und 3. die Finanzierung der Umsetzung durch Eigenkapital oder durch eine Kreditzusage gesichert ist.
